1st Rule of 2022 Never talk above 2021 again Tutorial

1. Go to File new size 700 x 700 transparent image 

2. Open Window Frame 2 go to Edit>Copy now go to the transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the frame up a little 

3. Open Tree 2 go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the tree on the left side as shown above 

4. Open Clock go to Image>Resize 45% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the clock on the upper window frame on the right side as shown above (see limit it) 

5. Open Present 3 go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it in front of the tree as shown above 

6. Open Present 4 do step 5 again this time move it towards the window 

7. Open Gold Firecracker 1 go to Image>Resize 55% now go to Edit>Copy go down to the transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the firecracker into the corner of the right side of the frame as shown above 

8. Open Tall Building 1 go to Image>Resize 70% now go to Edit>Copy now go to images go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the building into the window frame as shown above 

9. Open Paper 1 add it to your foreground pattern 0 angle, 100 scales click okay then go down to the transparent image go to Layers>Add New Raster layer then  highlight that layer click on your paint brush and paint the black paper behind the tall buildings and the firecracker as shown above 

10. Open Bells 1 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the bells up next to the tree as shown above

11. Open Teddy bear hat 1 go to Image>Resize 45% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the bear between the two presents as shown above 

12. Open Garland 4 go to Image>Mirror now go to Image>Resize 55% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the garland on the lower left side corner 

13. Open psp girl of Belinda and her New Year outfit and design her then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible go to Edit>Copy then Edit>Paste into Image then put both Belinda together then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible, then go to Image>Resize 500 height pixels click okay then go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her in front of the garland 

14. Open Book 2 go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath Belinda and go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool slide then book down on the window frame as shown above 

15. Go to the top of your image layers go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible go to Image>Resize 90% 

16. Go to File new size 700 x 700 transparent image then take the image tag go to Edit>Copy then go to the new transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the tag above a little 

17. Open the word art 1st Rule 2022 go to Image>Resize 55% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the word art down by the wine bottle beneath the teddy bear with the rose as shown above

18. Now you have 2 image add copyright both tags

19. Add copyright as shown below

20. Add your name if you wish like I did below

21. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

22. Take the word art  tag as the size it is, but the other image go to Image>Resize 200 height pixels click okay (it becomes your small banner ) 

23. Go to File save as PNG format this complete the tutorial may you and your love ones have a good year of 2022
