Ringing in the New Year Tutorial

 

 

 

 

 

Need Supplies 

 

New Year Kit (2019) HERE (2022) HERE

 Ringing in the New Year Tutorial 

1. Open psp program go to File new size 700 x 700 transparent image 

2.  Open Circle Frame 1 (2019 kit) go to Edit>Copy then go to the transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move it up a little (you adjust few)

3. Open Balloons 3 go to Image>Resize 70% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the balloons on the right side then go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror then go to the duplicate balloons go down beneath the right balloons then line both silver balloons together then erase the bottom silver balloon as shown above 

4. Open Jug 2 (2022 Kit) go to Image>Resize 55% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it down on the right lower side as shown above 

5. Open Bucket 1 (2022 kit) go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the bucket down in front of the jug as shown above 

6. Open Wine 2 (2019 kit) go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the green wine bottle on the right side of the bucket 

7. Open Wine glass 1 (2019 kit) go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the gold wine glasses in front of the gold bucket as shown above 

8. Open Wine glass 2  go to Image>Mirror then go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the silver wine glass in front of the jug as shown above 

9. Open Party Toy 1 (2019 Kit) go to Image>Resize 35% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it in front of the wine glasses as shown above 

10. Open Blow pipe 2 (2022 Kit) go to Image>Mirror then go to Image>Resize 35% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the blow pipe in front of the gold party toy (then take your eraser and erase the silver wine glass bottom) 

11. Open Party pipe 2 (2022 kit) go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go down silver wine glasses go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the party pipe down on the silver wine glass then once in place erase the bottom of the 2nd silver wine glass as shown above 

12. Open Garland 4 go to Windows>Duplicate 2 times then do the following below 

 A. Go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy then go down to the gold circle frame go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the garland behind the jug as shown above (see much of it) 

B. Go to the 2nd duplicate go to Image>Resize 65% then go to Edit>Copy go to your image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the gold circle frame as shown above (see apart of it) 

13. Open the word art (2019 kit) Ring in the New Year go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go down to the transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool adjust it into the circle frame as shown above 

14. Open Paper 4 (2022 Kit) add it into the foreground pattern 0 angle, 100 scales click okay then click on your paint brush and paint the blue paper into the transparent image in the circle frame 

15. Go to the word art go to Layers>Duplicate move it a little over to the right then take your eraser and erase the music notes keep them black 

16. Open Gold Firecracker 2 (2022 kit) go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go down to the blue paper go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the gold firecracker on the right side then once in place go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror adjust it on the left side as shown above (see parts it) 

17. Open Gold Firecracker 1 (2022 kit) go to Image>Resize 55% then go to Edit>Copy then go down to the gold circle frame and go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool careful move the corner firecracker to the right side between the gold and silver balloons then once in place go to Layers>Duplicate Image>Mirror adjust it on the left side between the balloons as shown above 

18. Open up Belinda both New Year and her and design both as I did above once please go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible then go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into Image do the following below (also go to the blue and silver garland go to paste it into image too)

 A. Take the New year of Belinda once you design it go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers of Belinda go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the outfit of Belinda on top of Belinda then design her the rest of the way then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible then go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into Image 

B. Take the image of the girl go to Image>Resize 550 height pixels click okay then go to Edit>Copy go to the top of your image tag and go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her on the left side of the circle frame as shown above 

C. Take the blue and silver garland go to Image>Mirror then go to Image>Resize 200 width pixels click okay then go to Edit>Copy then go beneath Belinda and go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the garland beneath her leg line with the garland on the image 

19. Now go to the blue and silver garland go to Layers>Duplicate with your move tool move it over on the right side of the wine bottle as shown above

20. Add the copyright as shown below

21. Then add your name as I did below 

Font Fixd Station

Color #ffffff

 Then I add a drop shadow of 2 2 70 2 black click okay 

22. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

23. Go to File save as PNG Format this completes this tutorial look for more to come throughout the year and thanks for buying my supplies
