Goodbye 2021 Hello 2022 Tutorial

1. Go to File new size 600 x 550 transparent image (set it aside) 

2. Open Scroll 4 and the word art Goodbye 2021 Hello 2022 go to Edit>Copy then go to the scroll go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the word art on top of the scroll then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

3. Go to Edit>Copy then go to the transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the scroll over on the bottom right side (you move it towards the rest in a little while)

4. Open Tree 2 go to Image>Resize 70% then go to Edit>Copy go down beneath the scroll go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the tree behind the scroll then go to Layers>Duplicate move it over to the left side then do it again move it over again as shown above 

5. Open Tree 1 go to Image>Resize 70% then go to Edit>Copy now go down to the transparent image  and go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the gold tree behind the green tree once place in the 1st one go to Layers>Duplicate move the 2nd one behind the other trees as shown above 

6. Open Tall Building 1 or 2 (your choice I use 1) go to Image>Resize 80% then go to Edit>Copy now go beneath the trees go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your  move tool move the building behind the trees and the scroll once in place take the selection tool draw a box on the bottom and then go to Edit>Cut and cut the tall building that is showing on the bottom of the trees and the scroll then go to Selections>Select None 

7. Open Psp tube go Edit>Copy then Edit>Paste into Image of the snow sparkles, snowman, & the girl (we get to each element throughout this tutorial ) first take the girl go to Image>Resize 400 height pixels click okay then go Image>Mirror now go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the girl on the left side of the trees as shown above 

8. Take the snowman go to Image>Mirror then go to Image>Resize 200 height pixels click okay then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the snowman on the lower part of the scroll as shown above (it will fit into place)

9. Take the snow and sparkles go to Image>Resize 600 height pixel then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers and go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move it into the image then take your eraser and erase on the girl and the snowman 

10. Open Bells 2 (or 1 your choice I use the blue bell) go to Image>Resize 20% go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the bell on top of the scroll on the right side the garland line up with the tall buildings 

11. Open Mouse 3 go to Image>Resize 20% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the mouse on the left side as you cover her hand as shown above 

12. Open Puppy dog 2 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the dog in front of her legs (line up with the ornament )

13. Add copyright as shown below

14. Add your name if you wish as I show above

15. Then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible
