Cheer to the New Year January Baby Tutorial

Cheer to the New Year January Baby Tutorial

1. Open PSP Program go to File new size 700 x 700 transparent image 

2. Open Circle Frame 1 (2019 kit) go to Edit>Copy now go to the transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move it up a little 

3. Open Circle Frame 2 go to Image>Resize 90% then go to Edit>Copy now down beneath the gold circle frame go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the silver circle frame into place with the gold frame 

4. Open New Year Ball 2 (or gold one I use the silver) go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go down to the transparent image and go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the silver new year ball over to the right side a little as shown above 

5. Open Balloons 3 go to Image>Resize 70% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the balloons on top of the circle frame as shown above 

6. Open Gold Firecracker 2 go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go above the gold frame go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the firecracker above the frames between the balloons once in place go to Layers>Duplicate with your move tool move the duplicate firecracker down beneath the silver new year ball then go to the top firecracker (right side) then erase the firecracker on the silver new year ball (keep the element open) 

7. Go to the Firecracker go to Image>Mirror then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top gold frame circle layer and go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the firecracker on top of the left side of the circle frame as shown above 

8. Close off all layers except the silver circle frame then click on your magic wand go to Selections>Modify>Contrast 10 click okay then go to down beneath the silver new year ball go to Layers>Add new raster layer (keep the marching ants going) 

9. Open paper 4 go to Edit>Copy now go to the marching ants of the new raster layer go to Edit>Paste into Selection then go to Selections>Select None now go to Image>Flip Vertical as shown above then re open all other elements 

10. Open Disco 2 and set it down (we get to him later in the tutorial) 

11. Open Bucket 3 go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the bucket on the lower right side of the frame as shown above 

12. Open Hat 1 go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go beneath the golden bucket and go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the hat on top of the circle frames as shown above 

13. Open Teddy bear Hat 1 go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the teddy bear on the right side (adjust the black hat and the golden bucket) 

14. Open the Blue Wine Glass go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the blue wine glass in front of the black hat and the golden bucket once in place go to Layers>Duplicate move the duplicate over a little 

15. Open the psp tube of your girl design her the way you want then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into Image then go to Image>Resize 550 height pixels click okay then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move her on the left side as shown above 

16. Open Mug 1 go to Image>Mirror then go to Image>Resize 20% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the mug down in front of the girl as shown above 

17. Open Mask 1 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Image>Free Rotate Left 15 click okay then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the mask into her hands then take your eraser and erase the stick on the mask of the hands 

18. Open Puppy dog 1 go to Image>Resize 35% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the puppy dog down by the girl on the right side as shown above 

19. Open the word art Cheers to the New Year go to Image>Resize 55% then go to Image>Free Rotate Right 5 click okay then go to Image>Resize 80% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool careful move the word art up into the silver balloon as shown above 

20. Open the word art January Baby go to Image>Resize 80% then again at 55% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the word art January baby to the gold balloon as shown above

21.  Open Disco 2 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the disco next to the Mug as shown above 

22. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

23. Add copyright as shown below
