The Great Pumpkin Tutorial

 

Supplies Need

Paint Shop Program 

Monster Mash Kit HERE

 

1. Open psp program go to File new size 700 x 700 transparent image 

2.  Open Frame 3 go to Edit>Copy then go to transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move it up a little 

3. Open RIP Stone 2 go to Image>Resize 65% now go to Edit>Copy now go top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the left side of the frame as shown above

4. Open RIP Stone 1 go to Image>Resize 45% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the right side of the frame 

5. Open Skeleton 1 go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it in front of the RIP stone on the right side then go to Layers>Duplicate, move over a little then go to Layers>Duplicate move it on the top (keep the element open)

6.Take the Skeleton Element go to Image>Free Rotate 15 Right click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it by the skeletons on the left side once in place go to Layers>Duplicate then move the other one on top of the skeletons as you build them 

7. Open Pumpkin Patch go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it in front of the stone on the left side 

8. Open Pumpkin 1 go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath the Pumpkin Patch go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the right side of RIP stone 1 now go to Layers>Duplicate, move it over a little then go to the skeleton next to the pumpkin with your move tool move 2 skeletons above the pumpkin (you want to to Layers>Duplicate 4 times as shown above) then keep the element open 

9. Take the Element go to the RIP Stone 2 then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the pumpkin a little behind the stack skeletons as shown above 

10. Open Spider Web go to Image>Resize 70% now go to Edit>Copy now go down to your frame layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the spider web into the inner of your frame 

11. Open Ghost 2 go to Image>Resize 65% now go to Edit>Copy now go down to the RIP Stone (right side) go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the ghost into the image on the left side of RIP stone 

12. Open Tree 1 go to Image>Resize 70% now go to Edit>Copy now close off the ghost and spiderweb go down beneath the frame go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the left side then go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror and move the right tree a little up on the right side then go to the spider web open it then go to Image>Negative then open the ghost 

13. Open Spider go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool go to Layers>Duplicate 3 times now move each spider down on top of the pumpkins, rip stone and the ghost (keep the element open)

14. Take the Spider go to Image>Free Rotate Left 25 click okay then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer place it on the left side and then go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror and adjust it on the right side as shown above (keep element open)

15. Now go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer (top image) and one more time place the spider on top of the ghost head 

16. Open Crew Skull 1  (as shown above) go to Image>Resize 45% now go to Edit>Copy now go the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place him in front of the pumpkins as shown above 

17. Open Vampire Girl 1 go to Image>Resize 45% then again at 55% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her in front of the stack of skeletons (now go do the spider on the right side and move it above the vampire girl) 

18. Open Crew Skull 2 go to Image>Resize 20% then again at 65% then go to Image>Free Rotate Left 25 click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the crew skull into Vampire Girl hand (left side) once in place go to Layers>Duplicate move the duplicate crew skull down beneath the poser now go to the top crew skull shade down so you can see her hand now take your eraser small size and tab it on the top crew skull where the thumb is on her hand once you happy and seeing the thumb make the crew skull go back to 100% of the layer (now she is holding the doll) 

19. Open Kitty 3 go to Image>Resize 15% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it in front of the Vampire Girl on the right side as shown above 

20. Go to the Vampire Girl, Crew Skull 1, Ghost add this drop shadow of 0 0 60 10 #050505 color click okay

21. Open Dead leaves go to Image>Resize 80% now go to Edit>Copy go down to the frame layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it down beneath the pumpkins, Vampire Girl and Crew Skull as shown above once in place more toward the right side erase the stub under the RIP Stone on the left side 

22. Open Moon 2 go to Edit>Copy now go down the transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move it up into the frame then take your eraser and erase the moon on the left, right and top that is outside of the frame 

23. Open Frog 2 go to Image>Resize 15% (then set it aside)

24. Open the word art The Great Pumpkin go to Image>Resize 70% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it down on the image line the The with the leaves towards the right side once in place move the Kitty down on top of the word art by the T of Great. Then go next step

25. Take the Frog go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with the frog feet have it line up with the pumpkin as shown above 

26. Go the spider on the lower left side then go to Layers>Duplicate with your move tool move the spider leg with the word art as shown above (optional) 

27. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

28. Add copyright as shown below

29. Add your name if you wish as I did above 

Font Crisp

Color #000000 

Then once I wrote my name I turn it and I shrink it to fit Crew Skull hat then I went to Image>Negative turn it white

30. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

31. Take your crop tool and crop the image out of the extra transparent image (optional) 

32.Go to File save as PNG Format this completes this design look for more tutorials come with my Monster Mash scrap kit for Halloween designs xx
