Welcome 2022 we've been waiting for you Tutorial

1. Go to File new size 700 x 700 transparent image 

2. Open Window Frame 5 go to Edit>Copy now go to the transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move it up a little 

3. Open Paper 4 add it to your foreground pattern 0 angle, 100 scales click okay now go down to the transparent image go to Layers>Add new raster layer then click on your paint can and paint the blue pattern pattern into the window frame 

4. Open Tall Building 2 go to Image>Resize 70% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the blue paper layer we paint go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the tall building into the inner frame it fit into place as shown above 

5. Open Curtain 1 go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on top of the window as if it is hanging as shown above 

6. Go to the curtain go to Layers>Duplicate move the curtain up (you do it 4 times) then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Down all 4 curtains 

7. Open Tree 1 go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the gold tree on the right side of the window frame as shown above 

8. Open Present 3 go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the presents down below the gold tree as shown above 

9. Open Present 1 go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into New Raster with your move tool move the present 2 next to present 3 as shown above 

10. Open Present 2 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy go down to the Present 3 layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place present 2 behind present 1 as shown above 

11. Open Puppydog 1 go to Image>Resize 30% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move dog in front of the presents as shown above 

12. Open Puppydog 2 do step 11 again but this time go to Image>Mirror then move it in front of the presents as shown above 

13. Open psp girl design her the way you want or as I have above then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible then go to Edit>Copy Edit>Paste into Image then go to Image>Resize 500 height pixel click okay then go to Image>Mirror then go to Edit>Copy then go down beneath the 2 puppy dogs layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool adjust her on the left side of the window frame as shown above (her knee will hide behind the puppy dog next to her as shown above)

14. Go to your 3d Effects>Drop Shadow of 0 0 60 25 black click okay do this shadow with the psp tube of girl, and the 2 puppy dogs 

15. Open Mask 2 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Image>Free Rotate Right 20 click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go to your psp tube of girl go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the mask down into her hand on the lap once in place take a small eraser and erase the stick of the mask on her hand as shown above (as if she holding the mask) 

16. Open Teddy bear Presents 1 go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the teddy bear presents in front of her boots once in place add the same drop shadow as before 

17. Open the word art Welcome 2022 we've been waiting for you to Image>Resize 55% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the word art below the girl as shown above it will fit into place 

18. Add copyright as shown below

19. Add your name as I did above 

Font Tangerine

Color #000000

I add it to the present then once in place I went to Image>Negative turn it white 

20. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

21. Go to File save as PNG format this completes the tutorial May you have a Happy New Years of 2022 and the years to come
