New Year New Beginnings Tutorial

1. Open psp program 700 x 700 transparent image 

2.  Open Paper 3 (set it aside) go to Custom Selections with the following below 

 Top 99, Left 151, Right 522, Bottom 532 check use current selection now go to the green paper go to Edit>Copy then go to the transparent go to Layers>Add new raster layer then go to Edit>Paste into Selection then go to Selection>Modify>Contrast 20 click okay then go to Edit>Cut now go to Selections>Select None 

3. Open Paper 5 add it to your foreground pattern 0 angle, 100 scales click okay now with your magic wand click inside the green frame (we create) go to Selections>Modify>Expand 2 click okay now go down below the frame go to Layers>Add new raster layer then click on the paint can and paint the tan beige paper into the marching ants then go to Selections>Select None 

4. Open Psp girl design her as I did above or as you wish go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible go to Edit>Copy then Edit>Paste into Image now go to Windows>Duplicate now take one image of the girl go to Image>Resize height 700 pixels and the other at 550 pixels. 

5. Take the girl at 700 pixels go to Edit>Copy now go down to the beige tan paper layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool adjust her into the inner frame once in place take your eraser and erase the bottom of her blue dress (or whatever color dress you choose) then move her up so you can erase all of it then adjust her back into the frame then go to your blend to Lumiance 

6. Take the girl 550 pixels go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her on top of the green frame towards the right side as shown above 

7. Open Tree 2 go to Edit>Copy now go down to your transparent image go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move it behind the frame on the left side once in place go up behind the girl top frame (green frame layer) go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer and place the green tree behind the girl on top of the green frame as shown above

8. Open Garland 3 go to Image>Resize 55% then go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the garland rose on the left side then go to Layers>Duplicate over to the right side 

9. Take your eraser and erase little between the garland, the 2 trees beneath the garland and the girl dress under the garland 

10. Open Teddy bear 2022 (2) go to Image>Resize 45% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the teddy bear down on the bottom left side as shown above 

11. Open Presents 3 go to Image>Resize 25% now go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the right side as shown above 

12. Open Present 1 do step 11 this time move it next to it as shown above 

13. Open Teddy bear Hat 1 go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it in front of the presents as shown above 

14. Open Charm 2 (or your choice) go to Image>Resize 55% now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the top left corner of the green frame as shown above 

15. Open the word art New Year New Beginnings go to Image>Resize 65% now go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it below your elements as shown above 

16. Go to your image go to Windows>Duplicate, then change the teddy bear 2022 to a blank teddy bear (this optional more one design without 2022 on the bear) 

17. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible both designs 

18. Add copyright as shown below

19. Add your name to both designs as I did below

20. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible 

21. Go to File save as PNG format to both designs may you enjoy my tutorials and have a Happy New Year with New Beginnings for 2022 or any years to come ahead. Teddy bear without 2022 on it is shown below this tutorial xoxo
